“If we want to win the war in our minds, we have to be willing to rewire our thought patterns, rewire our brains.” ~ Craig Groeschel

As we go through life we are influenced by our thoughts which are oftentimes shaped by the voices in our lives and the experiences we have gone through.  These faulty thought patterns can drive how we respond to life’s challenges, how we cope with stressors, how we relate to others, and how we feel and function  in our daily life.

Deanne believes that through therapy, our thoughts and feelings can be explored and reshaped, giving new meaning to one’s  personal story, empowering one to go through a transformative experience that can lead to freedom and healing from emotional pain that keeps one from fully being present in life and living with joy.

Deanne’s approach to therapy is person centered, providing a warm and safe space in which a client can explore their inner world and work through various challenges in life surrounding past experiences, relational and communication  issues, social emotional issues at school or work that create stress, anxiety, isolation, and depression.
