Hello! I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Discovery Counseling Center. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients—individuals, families, and couples. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning I tailor it to fit each client’s unique needs.
I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, such as communication issues, identity exploration, relationship struggles, grief, recovering from narcissistic abuse, parent-child conflicts, codependency, depression, anxiety, life transitions, childhood trauma, and school and career concerns, among others.
From my experience, I’ve seen that clients who are open to exploring new ways of thinking and being often find the most success in therapy.
