I believe in the Body-Mind-Spirit connection and the Intelligence of the Self-healing power. My role is to help you to find the resources within to overcome the challenges and suffering that life may bring.

I am specializing in trauma, substance abuse, harm reduction, couples therapy, grief, postpartum depression, childhood trauma.

Utilizing Mindfulness, Somatic Holistic, EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, nonjudgmental approach with the elements of the art therapy and psychoeducation.

Together we will learn, explore, and understand better the complexity of the human psyche and the human experience.
