My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I draw from my experience working with adults, children, and teenagers to support clients in their environment. I tailor my intervention to meet my client's needs and goals regarding therapy. However, that does not mean the goals and intervention cannot change during the process! Therapy is not linear, but I am happy to support you on your journey.
Areas of focus: individuals and groups of all ages navigating transitions, anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, and assisting/supporting clients in the Queer Community.
