Lauren Moreno

It has been a lifelong passion of mine with and help people. My goal is to assist individuals in overcoming obstacles and difficulties in their life so they can achieve their full potential. I believe that human interactions and strong connections are essential for personal growth. I believe that a person is greatly impacted by their environment and life experiences.

I acknowledge that charge is difficult and in therapy things may become harder before getting easier. With this understanding i am able to meet my clients in this space and offer a listening ear as well as provide resources to help them in this process. I desire to bring hope to each client that change is possible.
