I currently work in education supporting student wellness. Throughout the year, I teach psychology/counseling at a university. I enjoy family time, playing with my dogs, outdoor activities, paddle boarding, baking, and hiking.
Area of Focus:
I am here to support children, adolescents, and couples. Together, we build a foundation of trust as we collaborate in areas of goal setting, building relationships, resolving conflict, uncovering the root of issues,gaining insight and healing in areas of anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions with a focus on personal strengths and values.
My approach is strengths based while using a variety of theories and techniques depending on the client’s needs.

I am a Restorative Practices and Parent Project Trainer. I hold a certificate of college counseling.
