for professional help. You have taken the first and most crucial step to change, which is

never easy. Even though I do not know you yet, I know you deserve to be heard, seen,

and supported. In therapy, we will work together to understand your feelings and the

needs behind them. You will see God has offered you much more than you know.

Together we can grow hope and confidence, have more courage and strength, and see

your unique value.


I came from China in my twenties and have experienced cultural shock and identity

confusion. I am a mother of two children and have engaged in early childhood education

for more than ten years. Past tax consultant and business owner experience helped me

understand the stress of living in the Bay Area, and its impact on our mental health.

Switching to a career in counseling is my commitment to living a better version of

myself, and I sincerely hope to help you become a better version of yourself.
